DURATION
All of our embroidered pieces are made to order while the rest of them are ready to ship. A filter mentioning "Made to Order" and "Ready to ship" is mentioned on all the product pages that filters out all the products into these categories. It takes us a minimum of 20-22 working days to make your orders and ship them to you if your orders come under the "Made to order" category.
The products under "Ready to Ship" category will be shipped within 3-4 days.
INDIA ORDERS
All orders above INR 2000/- are shipped for free and for orders below INR 2000/-, we charge a flat shipping fee of INR 150/-
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We process our international orders through our Etsy Shop. To get your orders delivered internationally, check our shop below -
Tracking
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
Non-Availability on Delivery our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, since all our products are handmade with a lot of care, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at yuribykadambari@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
